Working with a delicate hand, Bellingham-based artist Hannah Zoe's site-specific installation work utilizes a restricted collection of natural materials. Light and transparency play heavily with innovations in the use of materials at the forefront. With these ascetic values, there is a hope of capturing more of the essential; the lingering impression of a movement, of a passing regret.
